All Deposits

The All Deposits page is where you can see all deposits that have been made for your business. There are a few different actions that you can do from this page:




We will cover each of these three options below, but first we need to navigate to this page. Click on the Cash In tab on the left-hand side of the Dashboard and then Deposits. This will take you to the All Deposits page.


The default sorting order is by the creation date of the deposit, but you can sort by any column on this page. You can do so by simply clicking on the column name that you would like to sort based upon. Please keep in mind that depending on your sort order, the deposit you would like to view may not be on the first page


Once a deposit is created, it will automatically show up on this page. The Date Created column will be the date that this deposit was entered into the system.


Voiding a deposit will prevent any money from being pulled from the bank account corresponding to said deposit. You would want to do this if an amount/bank account/routing number were entered in error while entering in the deposit. You can also do this if you entered a deposit from a donor/business who no longer wants to contribute to your business. 

  • If a deposit can be voided, you will see a red cancel button next to that specific item. 
  • Clicking that button will bring up a prompt asking if you are sure that you would like to void this deposit, as this action cannot be undone.
  • If you would like to continue, you merely need to click the button labeled [Yes, Cancel the Deposit].
  • If you do not want to void this deposit, you can either click the [No, Return to List] button or the small [x] in the upper right corner of this prompt.

Please keep in mind that deposits can only be voided until the time that it begins processing. Typically this processing begins at 8:00 PM EST Monday - Friday. After a deposit has begun processing, this red button will no longer show up, meaning that it can no longer be voided. At this point, you would need to wait for the processing to complete (typically 1-2 business days), and then issue a refund to the customer. Please click here for more information on refunds.
